The Michigan License Plate Collectors Association (founded 1969) is an organization dedicated to the license plate collecting hobby, and the promotion of fraternizing with other license plate collectors for good fellowship and the furtherance of the hobby, as well as the bringing together of those who share a common interest in the collecting of Michigan and other locals license plates.

MLPCA is the largest individual state license plate collectors organization in the US. MLPCA has approximately 250+ current members from 16 states and Canada. Our twice a year license plate meets (April & September) normally draw approximately 100 members and guests. The MLPCA newsletter, published six times annually (bi-monthly), has about 10 to 12 pages full of articles, pictures and advertising.
